Thought I am against the legalization of cannabis, I find unbearable that a man has to reach this end to be listened to and to have the right to a well measured justice. For having been living in Switzerland for more than 40 years, I have experienced personally oppressive political conditions, including unjustified rejection of my invalidity loan as I suffer a serious degenerative disease and the next international claim might be mine. There are many daily violations of human rights in Switzerland. This is enough. The international community now has to keep an eye on what is really going on in this country. L'interdiction du cannabis est une stupidité sans nom, surtout lorsqu'une drogue comme l'alcool qui peut être 10 fois plus nocive est elle légale.
Je ne crois pas les autres chefs d'accusations, il suffit de voir ce qu'est une lésion corporelle simple (il a giflé sa fille), on lui a collé sur le dos ce genre d'accusation pour le rendre plus criminel aux yeux de la population, mais il n'en est rien. |

En acceptant de rentrer en matière sur sa grâce ou non, les politiques ont reconnu implicitement que ce n'est pas qu'une affaire judiciaire. Il me semble donc important d'apporter une dimension humaine à cette "montée en symétrie" qui ne glorifie personne. |
